An antifreeze - refrigerant is defined as a substance that is added to a solvent in order to reduce its freezing point or increase its boiling point.
Antifreeze is a type of engine coolant that is stored in the radiator and cools the tank until the engine reaches a high enough temperature to open the thermostat.
